Frequently Asked Questions
How does Stock Photo Analyzer work?
Once registered, you can access your Dashboard to monitor your usage stats. Create batches, choose royalty-free or editorial mode, upload photos, and the AI will automatically analyze them, generating high-quality titles, descriptions, and keywords optimized for stock marketplaces.
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard provides an overview of your account - including the number of batches, photos, remaining balance for analysis, total analyzed photos, your current plan, and last analysis date.
How do I create and manage batches?
Navigate to the 'Batches' page. You can create a new batch, choose royalty-free or editorial mode, upload photos, and initiate metadata generation. Once photos are analyzed, you can download a CSV file ready for Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, and other platforms.
Can I add shooting context for better descriptions?
Yes. When creating or editing a batch, you can add shooting context (for example location, event, season, mood, or special details). This helps AI generate descriptions and keywords that better match both what is shown in the photo and the real context of the shoot.
Do you support editorial batches?
Yes. You can switch an entire batch to Editorial mode. In that mode, each photo must have country, city, and date before analysis starts, which is useful for events, travel, sports, documentary, and news-style submissions.
Can I copy editorial metadata to all photos in a batch?
Yes. If the photos belong to the same event or shoot, you can fill country, city, and date on one photo and then apply those values to all photos in the batch. This saves a huge amount of time when working with large editorial sets.
Is there a limit to how many photos I can add to a batch?
Yes. Each batch can contain up to 1,000 photos. This ensures optimal performance and fast analysis. If you need to analyze more images, you can create multiple batches.
How long are batches stored?
Batches are automatically deleted 90 days after creation. Because we process and store a very large volume of photos, this retention policy helps optimize server storage and keep the platform fast and stable.
Can I manage metadata visibility and filter photos?
Yes. Inside each batch, you can filter photos by status (All, Pending, Analyzed, Error). You can also hide metadata for a cleaner view, edit the batch name, and in editorial mode manage country, city, and date for each photo.
What happens if metadata generation fails?
If a photo fails during metadata generation, it will be marked as 'Error'. You'll see an option to reset the errors and return those photos to 'Pending' for re-analysis. Important: failed analyses (errors) are not deducted from your analysis balance.
What customization options are available?
In the 'Settings' page, you can adjust title creativity, append 'Generative AI' tags, replace titles with detailed descriptions, and set word limits for titles, descriptions, and keywords. You can also enforce single-word keywords and set a custom AI context.
Do my purchased analyses expire?
No. All purchased analyses remain in your balance until used. There are no expiration dates.
